1-ON-1 COACHING
Have you tried everything to lose weight, maintain a healthy weight, get your hormones back on track, but with little to no success? Have you been on every diet out there, tried eating very low calorie and exercising for hours on end? You feel like you’re doing everything “right,” but you’re seeing zero results and you’re actually going backwards?! Maybe you have no period, an irregular period, painful/heavy periods, PCOS, Endometriosis, fibroids, dieting issues, trouble with exercise, self-love issues, etc?
Do you need more specialized help regarding any of these things and getting back to the “real you?” FINALLY reaching your goals instead of always wondering, “Do I eat this or that? How much should I workout? Which diet is the best? Why are my hormones so messed up?!”
Maybe you’ve read some of my ebooks and even had a consultation, but still feel like you need more accountability and help?
Then doing 1-on-1 coaching is totally for you!
This is great for you if you are someone who:
1. Wants more specific instruction, attention, and communication.
2. Wants more of a personalized evaluation with specific, individualized recommendations tailored to JUST YOU.
3. Wants to keep whatever you’re dealing with confidential and only discussed with me.
what will we do?
In the 1-On-1 Coaching Plan, you’ll get to work with me in a more confidential and intimate way for 4 weeks - and if you want to go longer than 4 weeks, we can definitely do that, too. totally up to you!
We’ll have daily check-ins of food & exercise inspections to make sure you’re staying on track to reach your goals. Also, I’ll be able to tell you what to change up, stop, start, or tweak to keep things progressing positively. These daily check-ins are great for accountability, tips & motivation - they are key!
We’ll also have an in-depth weekly check-in so I can know what needs to change for the following week to make sure you’re still on the right track. We’ll focus on what your success were, your challenges, how I can support you in the following week, and how you’re feeling overall.
If you have an unexpected event come up and don’t know what to do, I’m your go-to on what to do, what to order, how to handle the situation and how to prep beforehand so you stay on track, yet still enjoy yourself in social situations.
We’ll be focusing on making your diet fool-proof, incorporating the appropriate exercises for you (don’t worry, you won’t be doing any bootcamp stuff!!), focusing on mindset, and balancing your hormones.
As just mentioned, a lot of the coaching will focus on changing your mindset & increasing your confidence in every area of your life.
Lastly, you’ll also have access to me via email and direct messaging me on Instagram with any questions you have and I’ll respond back to you as soon as possible - you’ll be my first priority before anyone else :)
*The 1-On-1 Coaching Plan is different from my consultations in various ways. My consultations are just ONE TIME consultations; there are no follow-ups, check-ins, constant access to me for questions/concerns, etc. My consultations are great for people who want to just get a plan and work through it by themselves, and lots of people are cool with that! But, if you want more of a “coach,” then definitely consider this plan :) Based off the questions below, I will determine if we’re a good fit to work together or how I can help point you in the right direction.
