The secret to feeling satisfied ✨ Ever eaten a huge salad or plate of veggies and felt “full” but still hungry? 🥦 Or eaten a candy bar with enough calories in it to be a full meal, but still felt really hungry? 🍫 The problem here is Swipe right!! 👉🏼 Ever tried all the things on the left and lost some weight quickly? I’m sure you have, but it didn’t last, right? 🤨 If anything, you ended gaining that weight back (plus some!) only to go right back to where you star The Cocoa Banana Combo 🍌🍫 You’ve finished your meal & you’re craving something sweet.
